We have had two Windows 10 workstations recently upgraded from Windows 7 bit both of which as of last Friday stopped opening the default Windows app called "Photos". Below is a screen shot of 1 of the workstations. When we attempt to open a photo on the workstation we receive this error: This app can't open. Contact your system administrator about repairing or reinstalling it. Try reinstalling the application to fix the problem.
